Handwritten passports will not be considered valid

Passports should not be mutilated or tampered
The name on the passport should match the name on other documents provided for the visa

The Website and App are platforms that are offered to you for meeting and interacting with concerned agents and other service providers for organizing your travel. Anrari (A Unit of Rirabh Consulting Services LLP) is not, and cannot be a party to, or, control in any manner any transaction between such travel agents and other service providers. Hence, please note that:

All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between the travelers and travel agents alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation terms relating to price, payment methods, payment terms, date, period, and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services, and after-sales services related to products and services. The company does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the travelers and travel agents.

You acknowledge that through the Website and App, the company merely provides a platform that enables you to have access to various travel services offered by the travel agents. It is agreed that the contract for the sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the travel agent and the company shall not be privy to such contract.

The company, and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers, and their respective successors, heirs, and permitted assigns, shall not be or deemed to be responsible or be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this Website and App, or for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (including any airline, travel agent/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency), whom you shall engage or hire or appoint, pursuant to or resulting from, the content available on the Website and App.

The company does not make any representation or warranty as to the item specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) of any of its travel agents or other service providers. You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular travel agent that you choose to deal with on the Website or App, and use your best judgment on that behalf.

Company shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as Force majeure events or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such an event, the affected traveler will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.

Company shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information belonging to any other person; or share any information which is blasphemous, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, or encouraging money laundering.

The company shall not share any information or use it to harm minors in any way.

The company shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any person.

Company warrants that no information must mislead or deceive the user about its origin or impersonate any person.
